Colin Wills served 35 years in the Royal Air Force. With over 6000 flying hours as a navigator on the F-4 Phantom and Tornado F3, he was a Qualified Weapons Instructor, responsible for evaluating the tactical and operational capabilities of all Tornado F3 aircrew. Colin has gained a PhD in War Studies from King's College, London. He was appointed MBE in 2004, and in 2008 was awarded Master Air Navigator status by the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators. A published author, Colin is a PRINCE2 Practitioner with extensive experience in the use of Red Teaming techniques within Defence Intelligence; he is also a specialist in air power doctrine and weapon systems, aviation security, and planning and managing a diverse range of programmes and projects.

Fighting |Edge was founded in 2014. The three founding members all had successful, extensive careers in the Royal Air Force and have taken their combined military and intelligence experience into business and developed a range of unique decision-making, Red Teaming, and problem-solving processes.
Kenny Reeves joined the Royal Air Force in 1978, amassing over 5000 front-line flying hours on the F-4 Phantom and Tornado F3. A Qualified Weapons Instructor for most of his career, and at one time responsible for the RAF’s ‘Top Gun’ fighter course, Kenny was instrumental in the development and introduction of two of the RAF’s most important training courses for combat aircrew. On leaving the RAF, Kenny established and ran the Typhoon Flight Simulators at both Leuchars and Lossiemouth RAF bases. Kenny has been involved in Red Teaming in its various guises for many years and has extensive experience in training, planning and leadership. He was appointed MBE in 2005, and in 2006 was awarded Master status by the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators.
Anthony Horrigan joined the Royal Air Force in 1991, serving until 2015. With 3000 flying hours and 24 years' experience on the Tornado F3 and Eurofighter Typhoon. Anthony was also an Aggressor Pilot Instructor, training & examining front-line fighter pilots by simulating potential adversaries. He used his Red Teaming experience as a project officer in charge of moving a strategic capability between two RAF bases. Before leaving the RAF Anthony was appointed as the Personal Staff Officer to an Air Marshal, responsible for managing and leading the team, and the planning and execution of the RAF’s engagement policy in Scotland. In his final year Anthony achieved a BA in Business & Enterprise with distinction. Anthony has an in-depth knowledge of IT systems.
