What is Red Teaming?
The founders of Fighting |Edge use their many years of operational experience as officers, leaders, decision-makers and aviators in the Royal Air Force, having flown in F-4 Phantoms, the Tornado F3 and the Eurofighter Typhoon, to deliver unique guidance on how to excel and win in demanding, fast-paced environments.
A key part of our armoury is a cutting-edge process called Red Teaming, as used extensively (and successfully) in recent years by the UK and US military, the CIA, MI5 and others.
We have also been involved with Red Teaming in other government departments, such as Defence Intelligence and the Defence, Science and Technology Laboratory. Both these organisations are at the forefront of using Red Teaming as a fundamental tool to test assumptions and hypotheses, helping to mitigate errant dogmas and avoid failure.
All members of the Fighting |Edge team have a broad mix of military and civilian business experience, drawing on their involvement with flying and operating military aircraft in operations in Bosnia, Iraq, Libya and the Falkland Islands. Additional expertise has been gained in planning, intelligence analysis, programme management and running large and diverse teams in both the civilian and military sectors.
